Doesn't works with Orchard 1.6. Are there plans to update these components?

giddy: Have you followed the step-by-step instructions on the Effectors page (linked from here)? If so, can you detail your problem further (start a discussion thread, it's easier for me to keep track of questions there).

mcintyre321: You need to install the Mechanics module first - it provides a core framework for many-to-many relationships and Quanta won't work without it. Unfortunately there's no way (currently) in Orchard to install dependency modules from the Gallery.

Hi I just added it via the modules page and am now getting a YSOD - : Error compiling module "Downplay.Quanta" from file "/Modules/Downplay.Quanta/Downplay.Quanta.csproj":
The assembly reference 'Downplay.Mechanics' could not be loaded.

agree with @leprogrammeur I installed it too, looks like what I need, but I can't get my head around how it works!

Hi, the default branch is now updated with the latest code. I'm just doing some testing and writing documentation but this update will solve the problems you're having.

I have tried the module Quanta. It adds great and powerful options and permission for my website but I must admit I am not able to get them to work yet. I have created a new user and tried to add or remove him rights but I never see any differences. Furthermore, when i want to add permissions, I don't quite understand all the choices in the permissions list (they are filled with numbers that I don't know where they come from). Could you help me out on this ?
